Feedback about the MHCC

What you think about your experience with the MHCC is very important to us. Your feedback will guide our work and help us to learn and develop as an organisation.

As a complaints body, we understand that responding to complaints about us is an important way for us to improve our approach and services.

If you would like to give us feedback or send a confidential complaint, you can email feedbackaboutus@mhcc.vic.gov.au or phone 1800 246 054 and ask to speak to our Internal Complaints Officer.
If you have any concerns about how we have handled a complaint about a public mental health service or about us, you can raise this with the Victorian Ombudsman.

Our Feedback Tree

Contributing to the Feedback Tree is easy. You can submit your comments in the box below or complete a feedback postcard and send it to us in the mail. Postcards are available directly from us, and from most public mental health services and consumer and carer organisations.
