Your feedback will help improve the services we provide

During June 2016, we will be launching a pilot project to seek valuable feedback from people who have made complaints to the MHCC.

Participants will complete a 15 minute survey that will ask what we are doing well, and how we can better meet the needs of people who contact our office.

This project is part of our ongoing commitment to growing our capability, and to being an effective organisation that achieves positive change through our influence in the mental health system. We aim to use the survey results to improve our practices and processes.

We will also draw on these results to inform the development of a more comprehensive feedback survey and evaluation program.

The survey will be conducted by an independent research group, and will be made available for people whose written complaints are closed from June to September 2016, and for people making oral complaints during August and September 2016.
