We are recruiting to the position of Senior Resolutions Officer. This ongoing, full time role reports to the Manager, Resolutions and Education.

As a senior member of the Resolutions and Review team, the Senior Resolutions Officer implements and develops effective approaches to assessment and complaint resolution that aim to safeguard people’s rights, achieve improved outcomes for people, and promote broader service improvements.

The successful applicant will be an effective and confident communicator who demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the issues experienced by people receiving mental health services, carers and families, and service provision in the public mental health sector.

This individual will be positive and passionate about making a difference, and have high level interpersonal and analytical skills for dealing with complex issues and complaints.
